Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
Opened products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us.
